Born in Cuba, Carlos and his parents immigrated to America and made a home in New Orleans, Louisiana when he was nine years old. Over the course of 30 years, Carlos gained valuable experience climbing the ranks of various automotive organizations in Louisiana and Texas. With the experience of opening both Toyota of Slidell and Northshore Toyota as General Manager, he consistently led teams to leadership in market share with innovative techniques and proven procedures. This experience has been exemplified by being recognized for Market Share Leadership in both car & truck sales by Gulf States Toyota. In addition, his tenure with Toyota has led to numerous President’s Awards, Pinnacle Awards and recognition by Toyota Motor Sales for Sales & Service Excellence.
