As a Design-Build-Operate and Maintain (DBOM) and a Facilities Management Company we work in a collaborative environment with high-performance Construction teams and unit leadership of Facilities and Maintenance staff, Built Environment professionals, Engineers, Environmental staff, Consultants, and Contractors to provide infrastructures and total facilities management services for small, medium, to very large facility infrastructure projects. What is of utmost importance in the delivery of Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) projects is that it brings very important operations and maintenance knowledge early in the design stage. We use Design-Build to show critical and reliable construction input during design to improve the performance of a project. Therefore, from the early stages of the project from the project initiation and design stages, the design team includes architects, engineers, construction, operations, and facilities management experts. Having a complete team early in the project ensures a hitch-free project delivery because decisions made earlier in the project result in a higher-performing infrastructure. As a result, more efficient and sustainable infrastructure and or facility will be handed over to the client.
