LOTS Wholesale Solutions, a brand operated by CP Wholesale India Private Limited (“Company”), was established in January 2017 in India. We are a subsidiary of Makro ROH Company Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Thailand wholly owned by CP Axtra Public Company Limited, Thailand’s leading modern grocery operator and wholesaler for professional business operators. Through our cash and carry stores in India, our focus will be on meeting our business customers’ needs and ensuring satisfaction through the provision of a wide range of products to our members that include retailers, hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, service business operators, government agencies, hospitals and education institutions. CP Axtra Public Company Limited, part of the CP Group, operates under the brand of “Makro”.
