Lotus Behavioral Services

Lotus strives to provide Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) support to families, children, and adults with special needs, mental health, and intellectual disabilities within the state of CT. Lotus has two main branches within the organization, Lotus Behavioral Consultation & Lotus Family Behavioral Services. LOTUS BEHAVIORAL CONSULTATION was started in 2017 and has grown to be one of the largest behavioral service providers for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in CT. The organization is a Qualified Connecticut Behavioral Provider and all of the BCBAs within the organization are qualified for adult services in either Applied Behavior Analyses or Positive Behavioral Supports. BCBA's specialize in treatment areas such as Autism, Dementia, and Trauma-Informed care. The organization also provides services such as staff training, Professional Development Seminars, and RBT Training. Service delivery locations include Residential Programs/Group Homes, Community Companion Homes, Independent Living Supports, and Day Programs. FB: LOTUS BEHAVIORAL FAMILY SERVICES was established in the spring of 2019 prior to the COVID 19 Pandemic. Adaptations were made to delivery service method and a combination of virtual and in-person supports are available per family preference. The agency provides ABA Services for children and youth on the Autism Spectrum. The focus of supports is on family or caretaker training. Behavioral Technicians support the family and help to implement treatment goals with BCBA oversight. FB:
