We offer two services: 1. full management services for landlords so they can spend their time doing more of what they enjoy; and 2. refurbishing unloved and outdated houses using investor funds, which we repay with a healthy extra on top after we have refinanced. Our love of the ocean, borne from a combination of both of us being brought up near the sea, being scuba instructors in the Caribbean and enjoying all sorts of water sports here in Cornwall, means we try to be as eco-friendly as possible in all our properties.
