How I can support you with coaching I coach women to realise their dreams and to achieve them. Sometimes, dreams feel very far off. The truth is, we all have the answers inside us to help us get there. I work with you to uncover the answers, so you get to where you’d like quicker than on your own. How does it work? I work with you in person, via phone or Skype. No matter where you are in the world, we can check in, thanks to the internet! So I can support you regardless of location. When working face to face we’ll choose a spot where you’re comfortable. That way, you can relax and get the most from the session. What qualifies me to do this work? I’ve been there. I understand the anxieties that arise and stop you from doing what you really want. In 2017, I was diagnosed with breast cancer; I’ve been through the fire and it’s resolved my desire to help people. I have plenty of experience in working with people from my career in HR. And in 2016, I achieved my Personal Performance Diploma with the Coaching Academy. Can I help you?
