The City of Dallas and Southwest Airlines have agreed to implement the $500 million Love Field Modernization Program, which includes the construction of all of the facilities, infrastructure systems and equipment for the operation of the future terminal complex at the Airport, including the terminal building, aircraft parking apron, fueling system, roadways and terminal curbside, and other supporting infrastructure.
