Love Thy Neighbor is a real estate group created to serve the community. We like to think of ourselves as part-time Community Advocates, and part-time Real Estate Agents. We choose this route because we see that there is a huge need for affordable housing for all in Denver. We spend a lot of our time advocating for the displaced, or cost burdened due to Denver's housing crisis. Another way we help our community is by giving back to our clients. We find that coming up with the total costs of homeownership is difficult. That's why we offer to give back to you a percentage of our commission or take a very reduced listing fee. We do all this and still offer full service real estate representaton to our clients.
