Love You Adam

Love You Adam is a nonprofit organization founded in memory of Adam Hart, whose death by suicide highlighted critical gaps in access to effective, evidence-based crisis intervention. Love You Adam’s mission is to reduce suicide risk and improve mental health outcomes by expanding access to evidence-based Crisis Response Planning training for clinicians and community providers, equipping them with practical tools to support individuals during periods of acute emotional distress and elevated suicide risk. Crisis Response Planning (CRP) is a structured, evidence-based intervention shown to significantly reduce suicide attempts. Through funding from generous donors and sponsors, Love You Adam has trained hundreds of clinicians and community providers throughout the United States, Canada and elsewhere. These providers serve diverse populations, including individuals facing barriers to care such as limited access to specialized mental health services. Love You Adam’s work emphasizes practical implementation, fidelity, and sustainability. Trained providers integrate CRP directly into clinical practice, improving treatment engagement and continuity of care during high-risk periods. By prioritizing provider education and follow-up support, Love You Adam creates a multiplier effect, extending the impact to thousands of individuals annually.
