Love Yourself Foundation, Inc. is 501(c)(3) community-based nonprofit organization formed for the charitable purpose of providing youth mentorship programming to empower girls through the education of self-love. The Love Yourself Foundation offers social and emotional learning (SEL) mentorship program, Love Thy Selfie. Love Thy Selfie is a high quality SEL mentorship program, designed to inspire girls to live loving, healthy, and joyful lives, using an experienced-based curriculum that integrates physical fitness and meditation. Love Thy Selfie is a safe and supportive space for girls aged 9 – 14 to discover their inner selves, build up their self-image, make positive connections with others, and develop healthy habits. Love Thy Selfie provide girls with tools to combat poor mental health and recover from the negative effects of social media by activating their superpower of self-love.
