I have over 15 years experience of Institutional Development work and Capacity Building for Governments in emerging and transitional economies with particular emphasis on revenue enhancement and modernisation of tax administration. I have successfully managed large ICT projects with multi-disciplinary teams for Revenue Authorities, Customs and Tax Administrations. I have designed and implemented innovative IT solutions for revenue administration including the first Integrated Revenue Administration system to encompass Customs, Income Tax, GST/VAT and all other forms of Government revenues.
