Based in Toronto, LRI is Canada's preeminent Professional Engineering firm that specializes exclusively in fire protection engineering, Building Code consulting, emergency planning and consulting services. Established in 1986, the firm is wholly Canadian-owned and has offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal (Laval), and Calgary. We have a full time staff of over 40 and we work on local, national and international projects. We have experts with backgrounds in fire protection and Building Code consulting, municipal plans examination and inspection, construction and development, property management, research and development and fire protection systems design, manufacturing and testing. Our staff have extensive dealings with regulatory authorities and are active on many Codes and Standards committees and industry associations.
