Surveys & Estimates: One of the team here at LS can visit your property to discuss your requirements and explore your options. A detailed fixed price quotation will be calculated, accompanied by a detailed schedule of work, listing all items included. Drawings: Our in house team can prepare a set of CAD drawings for your approval, these drawings can be tailored and amended as necessary until you are completely satisfied. You will be advised if planning permission is required, and plans will be submitted to the council for their approval. Detailed working drawings are then prepared and submitted for Building Regulations approval. Project Management: Our project management team will keep close tabs on all elements of the works from start to finish, ensuring our high health & safety standards are adhered to, and outstanding quality standards are being achieved, resulting in complete construction excellence.
