Ls Counselling

The effects of sexual abuse can be traumatizing, and can affect all areas of your life; emotionally, psychologically, physically etc. Please be encouraged in knowing that healing is possible. I understand how hard it is to seek support about past sexual abuse and I provide a non-judgmental space for you to be able to process your traumatic experience(s) and to support you in your healing journey. I work from a feminist, trauma-informed framework, with the use of different modalities including CBT and DBT. My goal as a therapist is to provide collaborative support to help you recognize your own resilience and strengths and develop new coping strategies. I hope to provide a safe space that promotes self-exploration and healing. All services are provided through E-counselling, including email, instant chat, telephone or video chat.
