LS Gallegos was founded in 1988, as a Public Transportation Consultancy with a single goal in mind: “To assist Transportation Organizations and improve their potential for successfully delivering large and complex transportation capital improvement projects.” LS Gallegos believes success equates to meeting established cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder goals and objectives. LS Gallegos' services include Owner's Representation, Program and Project Management Consulting and On-site Construction Management Support Services.
