From simple collection and adjustment of individual entity trial balances for the production of consolidated results, to sophisticated operational resource planning, LSA are knowledgeable of both market-leading, and start-up, software vendor offerings and can guide as regards suitability and cost. We can assist the leverage of existing systems for better effect, i.e. if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Most planning applications can offer consolidation, and consolidation systems will do financial plans. Operational planning (and monitoring) is often possible using existing BI (decision support) solutions. Working together for mutual benefit is enshrined in everything that we do.
