LSP is a specialist property development business specialising in two core sectors; Healthcare Premises and Mixed Use Developments. We work across both the public and private sectors procuring new developments. Experience is very wide and includes doctors surgeries, primary care centres, dentists, retail premises, residential dwellings, church/ community facilities; libraries, leisure centre, youth clubs, birthing centres, care homes. Our outlook is very much client focused; approaching every development with the client being our core focus whilst bringing fresh ideas together from our knowledge and experience across a wide range of developments and construction projects. A key specialism is developing high quality NHS premises, ranging from GP surgeries to larger multi-user primary care centres and also specialist units such as birthing centres. Every development is unique, based on the individual occupiers' needs and meeting NHS requirements and cost constraints.
