Since 1969, we at Group LSR have acquired and managed thousands of multi-family apartments and condominium homes in the United States, Canada and Europe. We currently operate 17 communities in Houston, Texas, and four apartment properties in the Palm Beach County, Florida, area. Our mission is to provide quality living environments for and exceptional service to all who reside in our communities, and to earn our residents’ satisfaction and trust. As a family owned and operated business for over 40 years, we have acquired the knowledge and expertise to build apartment and condominium communities that are designed to meet the needs and wants of consumers.
