On September 4, 2022, one of the Local Threads vendors approached Adam, the Director of Digital Marketing and Data Officer at Local Threads, for help with their brand’s Google Paid Search and SEO. The vendor was on the brink of closing their business because they could no longer afford the high fees of a traditional digital marketing agency. Worse, the agency restricted communication, the vendor was expected to keep paying without asking questions. Adam understood their frustration firsthand. As the Director of Digital Marketing, he had experienced the same lack of transparency earlier in his career. Determined to change that, he immediately agreed to help, and that very day, the Local Threads Vendor Support Program was born. The first two vendors who joined started calling it LT VSP, and the name stuck. In 2023, LT VSP successfully assisted six brands, with three achieving an annual turnover of nearly USD 10 million. Operating in a highly competitiOperating in a highly competitive e-commerce landscape, we recognised that sustainable traffic generation and meeting user expectations consistently were the keys to customer acquisition. This realization naturally led us to focus on brand development. As our clients grew, we evolved alongside them from upgrading our strategies, deepening our expertise, and expanding our services. We came to firmly believe that brand development sits at the core of successful e-commerce, far beyond digital marketing alone. Reflecting this vision, we rebranded LT VSP into Local Threads Brand Solution (LTBS). By focusing on core brand-building and anticipating the needs of future market leaders, we aim to deliver unparalleled service and drive long-term growth as their strategic growth partner in their business.
