Alexandria Engineering Group LTD is an enterprise with closed technological process - from foundry production and mechanical processing up to a complement of finished products sets. FOUNDRY Technological processes used in the stoke give possibilities to take orders for manufacturing different parts of steel metal and gray cast iron. Production capacity allows to process up to 100 tons of steel, 200 tons of pig iron, 20 tons of aluminum per month. Maximum weight of one manufactured part is: a steel detail - kg, a cast iron detail - 1500 kg. CHM, SCF and alpha-set molding technology processes are used. It is possible to manufacture different types of model equipment made of aluminum or wood. It is done by 3D milling machines according to customer's drawings. The main founding nomenclature includes- details of traction devices, steering, chassis for the automotive industry- parts for hinged equipment of combines, harrows, cultivators, plows, seeders- component parts for enrichment plants- body parts of reducers- details of electrical purpose. MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY STOCK We produce spare parts, components for agricultural machinery, hinged equipment for sunflower harvesting to any combine harvester model, rape cutter, shredder-spreaders, subsoilers, coppers, rollers. We also manufacture various metal constructions, railway transformer boxes, industrial fans, waste oil ovens, vibrating tables for slag block production, equipment for trading, racks, electrical cabinets, pattern equipment and much more. Our machinery makes it possible to accept orders for manufacturing different parts for turning, milling and gear-cutting. We also perform metal cutting.
