ABOUT: LTLB Envirotecture is a small architecture, design, and building science firm that primarily focuses on specialized sustainable commercial work, certified green homes, residential additions with energy efficiency improvements, existing home retrofits for aging in place clients, and providing energy ratings with verification services for a multitude of green building programs such as LEED for Homes. LTLB Envirotecture is also a corporate member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and through predecessor companies, has been so since October of As a minimum, all projects within the organization to be LEED® certified or an equivalent level in any other third - party verified program.+PHILOSOPHY: We are committed to stewardship of the environment and third - party verified pragrams are used as a way of measuring and verifying the success of our stewardship. We believe in a built environment that is BOTH profitable and beneficial. We encourage all team members to become accredited professionals in all of the third - party verified programs that we service and to increase expertise within the profession.
