LTT, Laboratorio di Telematica per il Territorio, is a non profit organization aimed at the local growth through the ICTs. As a private-public company, LTT is the ICT research & development agency for the Local Authorities of Parma (Province of Parma, Municipalities). Established in 1998 by the Local Public Authorities, LTT is an advanced technological centre aimed at the public administration, school and training initiatives. LTT has contributed to a radical change and evolution within the school, training and in general public fields, providing the public offices as a system with- broadband and Wireless connection, consulting support and services - high quality online applications and information systems - innovation and research aimed at the dissemination of ICT culture in the territory as a whole, in order to foster spreading skills for a conscious use of ICT resources.
