With over 30 years of "Hard Money" experience within the LTV family, we have represented borrowers and lenders in the cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio and La Quinta along with many other cities throughout Southern California. As our team is comprised of Coachella Valley residents concentrating exclusively on the Southern California market, we are able to examine each opportunity using our local knowledge to provide the personal touch that is desired by both borrower and investor. LTV personally inspects each property in question and gathers their own property data.
