Lubana Care

Lubana Care is reshaping the way in which people with disabilities access the support they need to achieve their daily goals and participate fully in the community. Lubana care aims to support people living with a permanent disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities; such as household tasks, doctors appointments, gardening maintenance and social activities within the community. This might include greater independence, involvement in the community, education, employment and health and wellbeing. Lubana care gives people with disabilities more choice and control over how, when and where their supports are provided, and gives certainty in receiving the support they need over their lifetime. The lubana Care also focuses on early intervention where getting early support can reduce the impact of disability on you or your child and your loved one.
