Lubo International BV levert (RVS) bevestigingsmaterialen voorzien van droge smering. Dit voorkomt dat het RVS zich vast vreet. Lubo is de perfecte vervanger voor montagepasta. Smeren en schoonmaken is verleden tijd. Het lubricant zit namelijk al om de bout. Lubo zorgt middels lage en constante wrijvingscoëfficient voor snellere assemblage en onderhoud aan windmolens en maakt het mogelijk lichtere assemblage tooling te gebruiken. Nooit meer smeren met montagepasta levert ook milieuwinst op, want Lubo International werkt enkel met natuurlijke grondstoffen. Lubo is het enige droge smeermiddel ter wereld wat voldoet aan de internationale FDA-norm en de EC1935/2004, hierdoor naast de machinebouw, offshore, weg-en waterbouw ook toepasbaar in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. We are a lubricant producer for bolts in the offshore, food, etc. etc. Our Lubo lubrication completely ends the use of either lubrication, expensive coatings or galvanizing stainless steel fasteners in order to reduce cold welding/galling. In fact Lubo lubrication completely prevents galling and is FDA compliant. Once the Lubo lubrication is added upon your fasteners it will remain in a solid state until fixing of bold and nut takes place. Friction heat during mounting will cause Lubo to melt and do it’s lubricating job. Once the heat has disappeared, Lubo returns to it’s dry solid state. Ready for it’s next lubrication use. The advantage for customers is that they do not have a need anymore for lubrication paste, cleaning off the paste or to have high repair cost due to galling (drilling, screw threading, polishing). Also higher assembly speeds can be realized because Lubo enables working with power tools at higher speed. Customer experience learns us that these savings compensate more than half the bolt price.
