Lucevo

In every luxury hotel, the work that pulls a team away from its guests is rarely the work guests came for. The reservations inbox at midnight. The proposal that takes an hour to draft. The reconciliation, the data entry, the endless chasing. It feels like the job. It is actually a tax on the very people you hired to create the moments guests remember. Lucevo builds bespoke digital employees for UK luxury hotels. They live inside the property and quietly handle the manual admin across every department, trained to work exactly the way each hotel runs. Nothing a guest ever sees or speaks to. The intention is simple: take the keyboard work off your team so they can spend their time on the floor, with the guest, where they belong. We work with a small number of four and five star independents who care as much about how something is done as whether it gets done at all. Every deployment is built around the property, never bolted on. Less time at the keyboard. More time with the guest. That is the whole point.
