With over 25 years in the Commercial Construction Industry, Mike Addison set out to create a unique consulting company that would focus on the ability for Owner's to deliver complex projects without the expense of a typical consultant or the on-boarding of an extensive project management staff. The result was a unique consulting business (The Highland Group Consulting, LLC) and out of it a commercial general construction firm (Lucida Construction Company, LLC). Lucida Construction tackles each project with a unique perspective not often found in the commercial construction industry. We approach each project in the time proved delivery method known as the "Master Builder" model. It is this very model that has produced some of the most successful construction projects in human history. We are a full service Design-build, Program Management, and Commercial General Contractor. Our management team has extensive experience in the successful delivery of healthcare and hospitality projects throughout the United States. Our ability to produce designs in-house allow us to work with the design teams to expedite the delivery of each project we tackle.
