He has come to understand the value of recognising the transformational power of exceptional leadership. Frank has also participated in a Masters degree in Organisational Leadership. In addition he has successfully founded and pioneered two organisations and has a proven track record of transformational leadership that has impacted not only the organisations and their staff but also South Africa as a nation. As a motivational speaker Frank Christie has 27 years experience in public speaking. He is not a miracle worker; however he is able to address audiences of twenty to two thousand. Frank has a vast amount of experience in leadership and brings a fresh perspective to leadership and the transformational power thereof.
