The Ludgate Clinic has been specialising in the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal injury, in the heart of the City, since 2003. Our approach balances strength and flexibility through a combination of targeted hands on treatment and focused rehabilitation exercise including physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, yoga and Pilates. Meet the team: Chris Belderbos Qualification: BSc (Hons) Osteopathy Special interests: Chris offers a hands-on approach including mobilisation, sports massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Experience: Graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in and worked within private practice and the NHS before establishing the Ludgate Clinic in 2003. Conor O’Sullivan BSc (Hons) Physiotherpay (Leicester University). Diploma Massage therapy. Level 3 Personal trainer. APPI Qualified mat work Pilates instructor. Special interests: Conor offers a hands-on approach including sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, strength and conditioning rehabilitation and Pilates. Experience: Physiotherapist and massage therapist with Leicester football club before joining Ludgate Clinic. Janette Cliffe Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates Instructor. Specialist interests: Janette offers a rehabilitation approach including strengthening and flexibility exercises, Pilates and Yoga. Janette also has a specialist interest in Pre/Post natal care. Experience: Private practice and NHS for 18 years before joining the Ludgate Clinic. Janette also works at one of London’s biggest maternity hospitals. Charlotte Albion: Senior mat and reformer Pilates Instructor. Qualifications: STOTT Pilates Instructor and Instructor trainer, B.Ed (Hons) Physical Education. Experience: Charlotte qualified as a teacher of physical education before training at the international acclaimed STOTT school of Pilates. Charlotte is also a qualified Pilates instructor trainer.
