I’m passionate about learning on usage habits and patterns of behavior of web users. Users have taught me what I know about design strategies and content, advertising and investment in digital media, social networking. In short, I owe them what I know about web development and how to make sure it can meet its goal of becoming a factor in business success. By advising our clients I’ve discovered how much we can contribute to their business success by helping them to improve the effectiveness of their websites and increase their sales of products and services with a high return on investment. We’ve done what we had to do, in some cases through radical changes in their marketing, packaging and designs strategies, sometimes starting from something seemingly as simple as the pick of the right color. Part of our job has been convincing them of the need to change. Today they are calm and happy with their businesses, which is our most important goal. I like to get involved with the projects, know the brands, try them, feel them, and experience them, to know whether my clients are really getting their message through if the solution they need is simple or complex.
