We invest in businesses that require capital to get to profitable scale. We are sector agnostic, but we want to be last money in before profitability and have built a solid partnership with founders pre deal. Our intention is to be the best late seed investor in the UK. We advise a small number of businesses on M&A or larger fundraises which sit outside of our core investment range. For investors we have a Pledge Fund that allows our LPs to spread their early stage allocation across a number of diversified businesses. We believe this is the best approach for early stage investing in the UK, whether tax efficiently or not. Our fee structures are well aligned and our operational focus makes us unique operators at late seed.
