Lumeca was founded as a family business, officially established in 2016, but with extensive experience of more than 18 years through its professionals. Along the way, Lumeca has developed a core team of highly skilled staff and has expanded its products and services offerings to meet its customer's needs. Lumeca is a consulting and construction company in architecture and engineering with operations throughout the national territory of Costa Rica. The company is dedicated to the design, inspection, and construction of all types of buildings, and has specialized in residential projects, carried out with a multidisciplinary team that follows and respects sustainable construction practices and is in compliance with national regulations. Our Services: Concept Design, extensive experience in BIM process and 3D preconstruction - Construction Documents, drawings and technical specifications - Permit process, guidance thru the institutional paperwork - Construction budget and schedule - General Contractor and Construction Management Open to different construction modalities- Turnkey; a package that includes all construction activities shown in drawings but with the advantage that the owner can choose all the finishes within a range of possibilities- Technical Direction; if the owner already has a contractor, we offer our extensive experience in design and construction to collaborate with the counterpart to control the time and quality of the work- Inspections; are provided through periodic visits to the work by the professional, reached by an agreement with the client.
