We ground deeper into health through understanding and integrating all parts of ourselves. Working with the symbiotic nature of ourselves is incredibly healing. I work with people with any type of digestive problem, addictions, eating disorders, chronic nervous system disorders, sexual trauma and other early trauma including difficult birth. I also work with autoimmune diseases, migraines, asthma and panic attacks. Often it is important to look into dietary habits which can enhance the healing potential phenomenally. I have been working with microbiomes since 2001. I am a teacher of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, I also facilitate workshops in the Pre and Perinatal Psychology model. I trained as a physical anthropologist, chef, nutritionist and food writer. I have global experience with traditional food rituals. My specialty is working with optimizing the microbiome which is very grounding and healing for people with trauma and chronic conditions.
