My Experience I’ve spent two decades supporting commercial hiring in global brands, mid-size businesses, and fast growth scale-ups across the Insights, intelligence and Analysis space. Today, I use that experience to help early stage and scaling companies in the UK and US that need senior, hands on support to hire the right commercial talent. How I Work My focus is to remove the time, stress and guesswork that often comes with building commercial teams in early growth. I work closely with founders to scope roles, position opportunities credibly, engage the right people and assess them properly. Why It Matters In early stage businesses, hiring isn’t just recruitment. It’s movement. You need the right people to unlock your next phase of growth. But great companies often struggle to get in front of the right people due to limited resource, unclear positioning or reach. The Talent Challenge The talent that scale-ups and start-ups need, those with energy, adaptability, emotional intelligence and the mindset to win new clients, are often doing well elsewhere. Unless they’re excited and educated about why your opportunity matters, they’re not stepping into your process. What I Handle I manage what often gets overlooked, the quality of the outreach, how the role is framed and how it lands with the people you actually want to hire. So when candidates enter your process, they’ve already been engaged properly and assessed against what you actually need.
