Through Lumen’s Mind, Heart, and Body therapy approach, our expert therapists work to create a non-judgmental, safe space to share your feelings and provide you with coping skills to be the best version of yourself.Our therapists are: Sandra Diver, MSW, LCSW: Co-Founder and Lumen Partner Therapist Erin Poniewaz, LPC, NCC: Co-Founder and Lumen Partner Therapist Susan Muir, LMT: Spa Services Lead and Massage & Bodywork Therapist Our team has experience in, and a passion for, working with women and families throughout the journey of pregnancy and parenthood, specifically those struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This time period can be filled with mood swings, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, sadness, and feelings of hopelessness. The journey can feel long and almost impossible, and we know the process to work towards positive change can be overwhelming. It’s our role to hold space for you so you feel supported and heard, and we’ll guide you towards solutions of hope so you feel more in control of your emotions and life. Removing these barriers will help you reconnect with the people in your life and, most importantly, with yourself. Additional therapy and counseling specialties include those struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, divorce, medical issues (self and family), grief and loss, parenting struggles, infertility, anxiety/depression, and mood instability.
