Lumi Capital is a developer and operator of purpose designed and built rental apartment buildings. We manage apartments across three different geographies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We have a dedicated team to oversee and manage all aspects of the buit-to-rent cycle, from dealmaking/design and construction to leasing, property management and tenant communication. We conduct our operations through a digital platform and the centre of our attention is a satisfied customer (tenant) that we measure through the retention rate (how long they live with us) and the score they provide for our service (net promoter score). We operate in our target markets via our own Lumi Homes brand: In Estonia - In Latvia - In Lithuania -
