Lumidas is a technology startup on a mission to reduce the barrier to adoption of fiber optic sensing technologies for geotechnical monitoring of critical infrastructure. We specialize in emerging fiber optic sensing technologies, including distributed acoustic sensing (DAS). Our multidisciplinary approach enables us to develop innovative solutions tailored to complex geotechnical challenges. Lumidas is a registered permit to practice holder with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). We cater to a diverse clientele, from mine operators to geotechnical consultants.
