Lumin Creative provides Social Business Software solutions for small to enterprise size companies. Our flaghip is Answerbase (answerbase.com) that is a Social Question and Answers Platform for online communities. The associated point system motivates experts to respond to questions and it's an ideal way of letting users help each other and as the system generates content by itself, it achieves an increasing amount of organic traffic. We also sell Lumin Support, a customer support solution integrating inquiry handling and FAQ publication, saving time by reducing the amount of duplicate questions being received. Our last product is Lumin Synergy, which is focused on internal collaboration within larger organizations making it easy for employees with questions to get answers to their problems.
