Whether someone is seeking help for anxiety, ADHD, depression, or navigating life transitions — we create space for them to feel seen, heard, and empowered. Founded and run by a psychiatric nurse practitioner with deep experience in mental health care, LMW is intentionally small — by design. We prioritize responsiveness, communication, and relationships over high volume or corporate bloat. We work closely with our patients and primary care providers to ensure care is coordinated, efficient, and effective. We also care deeply about how we run our practice behind the scenes. Every phone call returned, every prescription sent on time, every reminder followed up — it all matters. Our admin team isn’t “back office” — they’re central to how we deliver excellent care.
