Lumination Global Network

Our mission at Lumination Global is to empower individuals and organizations to live a life of purpose, while committing to become better versions of themselves throughout their life’s journey. We do this through our various digital platforms, video content, podcasts, masterclasses, seminars, products, and live events. Over the past few years, we have built a network of over people who are connected to our Lumination Tribe. We also create and distribute content via The Lumination Show, The Lumination Podcast, Lumination Live, and our teen platform Lumination Z. We take 'Purpose,' very seriously. So much so that we have designed and are actively growing our 3 major platforms to empower individuals and organizations to be purpose-driven: 1. SwitchOn! Academy is our e-learning platform aimed at the individual committed to up-levelling their leadership (at any level) and what they do in this world, by going inward. We CREATE and CURATE thought leadership content from the African continent and diaspora. SwitchOn! At Work takes our mission into places of work. We design and deliver transformational learning sessions to 'switch on' expansive mindsets, creative problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Our superpower is team building and bonding. The kind of work that helps 'steer big ships,' effectively. Lumination-Z is our soon-to-be-launched youth leadership platform for Generation-Z (Ages 13 – 19) humans on the African Continent and diaspora. How do we make sure teens today, our future leaders, are happy AND successful AND grounded? How do we best prepare them to lead, communicate, and collaborate with empathy and compassion? How do we make sure that we are supporting them to fulfill their potential? We exist to do just that through our youth leadership events, bootcamps, masterclasses and digital media platforms.
