We are a coaching and consulting business that works with organizations, groups/teams and individuals to help them reach their greatest potential. We partner with organizations to facilitate: leadership development, change management, succession planning, strategic planning, complexity management and organizational scalability. We do this by collaborating with employees at all levels of organizations. We partner with groups/teams to facilitate team cohesion by creating the space for teams to: create a common mission, vision, goals, parameters for success, communication rules, and accountability parameters. We do this by leading team building exercises and facilitating planning meetings. We partner with individuals to catalyze them to achieve their ultimate potential. We do this by coaching people to gain clarity and incite action through: life or business planning, life transitions, personal vision/goal setting, career transitions, nutrition lifestyle changes and health and wellness habit creation and changes.
