Lumind Coaching delivers evidence-based coaching to help professional women to gain confidence, purpose and balance across all aspects of their lives. Led by Founder and Coach, Fiona Russell, Lumind is challenging the perception that career progression can only come at the expense of familial relationships or positive wellbeing. Fiona combines her specialist skillset with a Master’s in Coaching Psychology and previous experience as a Senior HR Executive to deliver coaching tailored to her clients’ needs. Through the coaching practice, Lumind establishes an environment in which clients are supported to harness their strengths, set genuine goals and cultivate their passions.
