Luminosity Psychology

Luminosity Psychology offers psychological services to individuals 16 years and older. Our aim is to offer a brighter approach to mental health incorporating creativity and light hearted humour into the therapy space. We focus on providing personalised care to clients in a non-judgemental and comfortable environment. We offer an Eclectic Therapy approach, meaning we combine different treatment styles based on each client's needs and goals. We work with a range of mental health presentations and offer a range of therapy styles including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Mindfulness approaches.
