From among our key achievements, here are several highlights: o Innovation management support for Romanian and EU-based SMEs developing radical climate innovations (e.g, chemical industry, materials’ science, space, cleantech). o Scaling advisory support for an international bank in Romania, for the setting-up of the first Scaleup support programme for SMEs - o Technology transfer support through programme and project evaluations for DG Regio pilot innovation schemes in Romania. o Strategy and policy-making support, through process design, facilitation and elaboration of the first “Smart City and Digital Transformation Strategy of Timisoara 2022-2027” o Consulting for the development of multi-stakeholder initiatives, such as: Advisor for the Timis County Council in drawing up the Innovation Voucher Scheme for health startups and SMEs.
