In this unit, all operations of auto CAD, sample preparation, storage, stitching, finishing, packing and quality control are centralized under one roof. We have an in-house detailed quality checking system for all important parameters of raw materials. Unique Traceability Code– UTC – Luna has a distinctive system of using a traceability code label in garments. With this code, Luna can identify the fabric roll, trim lot and worker and QC details, etc, such that in case of any complaint from customer, it can identify the root cause of a problem & take action. This has tremendously helped Luna to improve quality and accountability, on a continuous basis.
