My practice clusters mainly into four areas-executive development and coaching, Health Equity, organizational change management, and racial justice. In the area of executive development and coaching, I help nonprofit leaders grow into the fullness of their roles and potentials. For example, I am currently providing individual long-term coaching to each member of a 17-person executive team made up of AVP's, VP's, C-suite officers, and the CEO. I am also designing and facilitating quarterly executive development retreats for the entire team. In the area of Health Equity, I help healthcare systems and organizations determine the key needs of their various service populations and implement evidence-based strategies that improve the health of those populations while trimming the overall cost of providing care. My emphasis is often upstream and on the social determinants of health. In the area of organizational change management, I help organizations analyze their most critical challenges and develop strategies that enable them to better deliver on their missions, improve performance, and move more effectively towards their visions. In the area of racial justice, I serve organizations and coalitions that are still young in this space. For these organizations, I provide level-setting training, orient their boards and senior staff, coach and support their internal leaders, help develop their foundational strategies and programs, and guide them in navigating emerging issues and challenges. In all of these areas, I avoid cookie-cutter approaches and instead customize and tailor my work to the most urgent needs of my clients.
