Lusack-Rosiers AB is a consultancy business dealing exclusively with EU finances and administration; including project management, crisis management and audit-proofing. We specialise in turning projects around and minimising damages. Our services include proactive as well as reactive management and span over the entire life-time of an operation: from the preparatory phase through to execution, delivery, evaluation, final reporting and audits. Lusack – Rosiers AB has extensive experience of a vast range of EU projects, ranging from SME instruments to large research and innovation actions; and from structural funds to Erasmus Mundus projects. We have taken on a wide variety of roles, from beneficiary to coordinator to third party. Most of our clients contact us when their project has hit an obstacle and crisis management is on the menu.
