Lusona Capital is an investment banking group based in Sydney, Australia. We work with mid-market companies on debt financings, equity raisings, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. Lusona has an extensive global network of funding sources and we are continuously approached for lending and investment opportunities. We are recognised in the Australian market as specialists in delivering structured solutions to clients experiencing difficulty accessing traditional bank funding or equity sponsorship, or requiring more sophisticated solutions to achieve a strategic objective. In many cases our clients operate in sectors suffering a negative market perception, leading to a systemic shortage of available credit or equity funding. Lusona also has the capacity to act as a principal investor and will typically consider investments of between $1 million and $5 million into some of our investment banking clients. We have a primary focus on debt structured transactions, and can also consider direct equity transactions in certain circumstances. Our core philosophy is to work with good businesses and individuals so that we can add value to their organisation.
