Luwak Estate

The first collection owned by Luwak Resort is Luwak Estate. The definition of Luwak itself is the local name of an animal endemic to Indonesia, specifically a civet whose life endures in the most natural and fruitful environment, consuming only the most excellent quality and flawless seeds, fruits, and palms. Located in a beautiful and natural environment with a building design inspired by traditional Balinese village houses and in the village of Tegallantang Ubud which is still very thick with its cultural customs, an area that extends from the north to the south, the building concept area of the Luwak Estate itself also elongated, where the restaurant and public space are in the middle, implemented as a bale banjar, villa buildings are on the right and left which extend to the sides, which are interpreted as residents’ houses in the banjar of Tegallantang.
