First Light enthusiastically represents the finest manufacturers of lighting and lighting control products on the market today. Our agency was founded in 1955 by a lighting specifier who saw firsthand the need for a solution focused partner within the lighting industry. Our current team continues this tradition by employing seasoned and experienced lighting professionals with a combined three centuries of experience! Our team works closely with specifiers, contractors, distributors, and end users to share our collective knowledge and experience with our partners. We are committed to supporting our customers with a high level of integrity and energy, with our goal always being to help them to provide the best possible lighting and control solutions for their projects while staying within their budgets. First Light is affiliated with two other lighting agencies who cover the central and western parts of the great Commonwealth of Virginia. Together these three companies make up Lighting Virginia, offering statewide representation for our manufacturer partners.
